STANLEY H. WAKSHLAG APPOINTED TO FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS
August 7, 2019 – Kenny Nachwalter, P.A. is pleased to announce that Shareholder, Stanley H. Wakshlag, has been appointed by the Supreme Court of Florida to membership on the Florida Board of Bar Examiners to succeed retiring Member Peter L. Wechsler of Pinecrest, Florida. His term of office will extend through October 31, 2024.
Mr. Wakshlag received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University where he graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. He received his Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1978, and is a member of the following: U.S. Supreme Court, Fifth and Eleventh Circuit United States Courts of Appeal; S.D. and M.D., Fla and Dade County Bar Association.
The Florida Board of Bar Examiners is an administrative agency of the Supreme Court of Florida charged with the responsibility of enforcing the Rules of the Supreme Court Relating to Admissions to The Bar. This involves the supervision of character background investigations as well as the administration and grading of the Florida Bar Examination.
